Thank you Kristen for this practice. My migraine is still there but it has dulled enough for me to go to work today. I was unable to stand this morning, but after resting and completing this practice I am functional. Very thankful for your gentle practice
This definitely felt more restorative than yin to me, but that's what I needed today - I wound up staying in supportive bridge (seemed more right than waterfall this time) for the entire last part o the practice.
Finally a yoga for migraine practice that moves as slow as I need to. I have covid right now and the headaches are brutal. This practice was so soothing, so nurturing, made me feel a bit more like myself. Thank you.
Thank you so much for this practice, Kristen, I am glad that I have found your channel because I suffer from migraines quite often! Where could I find some information regarding excess pitta, please and do you have yoga classes specifically for balancing it? Thank you so much in advance! Xx
Hi, I would suggest that all yin yoga classes balance pitta, because yin yoga is a cooling and soothing practice : ) I would suggest reading about Ayurveda and the 3 doshas (pitta, kapha and vata) from Dr. Vasant Lad. He is an expert in this area.
