    Chief Bayo Adio,
I love your showed variety of built-environment. I will not consider calling this a shopping mall but a shopping Plaza. Because of it small retail store square footage without large anchored tenant with a large square footage such as Shoprite etc. Keep the good job.

I will be back soon my niaja people great memories, lekki conservative, oniru beach, elegushi, Ikeja mall, fela shrine, driving through third mainland bridge and ikoye bridge all the way to admiralty way, stoping by upbeat while the children play I get a coffee at the shop facing the ocean view of the ikoye bridge. My favourite spot to get ice cream was admiralty way opposite the KFC, I use to go jogging on the weekend from lekki to vgc and back, take a trip to Epe to get some of best palm wine on the way, we gott lost one time driving from Lagos to Abeokuta because we where following the GPS taking us the old foot pathway to olumo rock.

I think one of the things that would be better for this kind of mall is if it was more like a doorway/walkway to the side of another street. So you'll have more run through through the shops. Because now it is more of a dead end and people would really want to be in one of the shops to actually be in that place. I think that would increase the value and the worth of everything cause the shops will h ave more unexpected customers. Also opening up the back end of the walkaway would make the whole place look bigger and less claustrophobic. I know it's an illusion but it would help. Just a thought

I wish they can buldoze onitsha main market and replace it with this outdoor shoping outlet n create a regulatory body to maintain its status. ndigbo no need to go to ghana we can copy from Eko Republic.

That mall open space is limited due to lot space. The balconys are too. What is in the open space? 🤔 I just visited a mall in Sugarland Texas. There was a movie screen outside with green artifical grass with a beautiful cloth canopy with outdoor chairs. I wish I could share pictures.

It's a great concept, open-air malls. We used to have a lot of those here in the 80s, then everything changed to enclosed mall concept. Now, the open air mall concept is creeping back, and I am not talking about strip malls.
If you have the space, which you do in Green Paradise, I would make the courtyard bigger/wider.......with potted plants and tables and chairs and/or benches for people to sit down, relax, or buy food and bring outside to eat. Also I would make the balconies upstairs a bit wider. It looks claustrophobic now. Then make the roof over the balconies to jut out more, as an overhang that people below can shelter under in case of rain.
Make sure to have proper garbage disposal bins, as Nigerians are litter-bugs.

Nice place indeed. I would make changes, move the staircases to the end, that way people get to see/browse the whole place not just go straight to the stores they want... 🤣I like the rooftop/balcony ldea too, would do the same on both side and on all floors if possible and make it the coffee/outdoor eating, resting area. The open space area down stairs is nice but in Nigerian tropical weather that would be wasted in rainny season. All l can see is people under the balcony area when it's raining waiting for their driver or something . A closed, glass roof, or alternative, something that allows sunshine and the outside in would be more valuable in Nigerian rainny season. Such high ceiling and a clear roof would still give a sense of open and outdoor yet protected from the element..lt might blow the budget but worth looking into.🤣Just a thought. Thank you.
