Looks great. Just received a full grill front bumper and double swing out rear bumper from coastal for my 02 R50. Haven't decided whether I'm gonna do it myself or have someone put it together for me. I like to get my hands dirty but it's always a chore to find the time.
Your Tundra videos are awesome!! The off road bumper is nice. I personally don't think the grill tubes looks good because it hides the look of the grill and lights, but I understand it helps protect the front end. Overall great looking truck. I enjoy the Tundra videos.
Look at a tundra without the tubing (if you haven’t) I honestly can’t imagine going without the tubing, for visual reasons or otherwise. Thank you, and thanks for commenting!
For a tundra of this age the tubing helps. I just picked up a white 2005 double cab myself and am soon picking up a brute force fab with the full tubing. These 1st gen tundras are a blast from the past but me personally I can only take so much of the "old man" look myself lol, a high clearance bumper with full tubing and a trd grille absolutely makes these trucks look 10x better
Nice, Just bought an 04 Tundra today, Love my 03 so wanted another one, It came with that same bumper on it without the headlight bars, just the mid bar I also have the rear bumper to match, not the same company but a well made steel bumper that looks nice with it's design. Minty Fresh frame, rare in Maine. Small lift, amazing trucks! I'll certainly be posting a video of mine once i get the new headlight and tail lights just some super minor front end work and an alignment and she's ready for the trails.

They make a great bumper! Might depend on your specific location, but I suspect powder coat would be about 2-400. I did some brief research but ultimately ended with painting it myself!

Unfortunately, no. Weld it yourself kits are their specialty. That being said, I saved money over any of my other bumper options that come fully assembled.
Seems like the brush guard is angled out. Is that due to the grill connected to the hood? Wish there was a side angle shot, to get an idea for how much it sticks out.
It is slightly angled forward. This gives it an aggressive and proper look imo. It may also help push animals down a little in the event of an impact…. Maybe. This was a design decision between me and the fabricator, however. If you wanted it straight up or bent further forward, either would be possible! Unaffected, it’s the same as stock.

I didn’t weld it, a shop did.

what winch do you have on that fit without having to mod or relocate anything cause i got one that didnt fit
