How does everyone's characters look good mine looks like hell
I look like a pimp
i struggled with this a lot but honestly take your time. you may end up redoing ur character from time to time regaurdless, but if you arent comfortable with your character, playing as that one character isnt going to feel quite right.
remember, the game is essentially throwing you into the time period it is set in, so although your character doesnt have to look like you, it should look like something you aim to be. you have this one character to represent you, give it a background, a story, that can help you determine how they should look, or dress.

Have you ever encountered the “undead nightmare glitch”? Basically no NPCs spawn not even shop owners, no ambient sounds play, and there is fog everywhere.
I loved that during the animal issues it actually helped because animals still spawned

Yeah, I might have, but not 100% sure honestly. I was in New Austin with my friend and there were no NPCs and the wagons just moved on their own without anyone on them. Sure, it could've been the horses moving on their own, but why would they unless they're scared?

I found out if you choke someone by holding “Y” or triangle you could flip them on they back by pressing the left analog stick

I found this online execution that I've seen on only 1 video so I decided to upload it myself because it's really cool! Your character points at the victim and kicks and punches them while they crawl back in fear. It's pretty badass!

For the nut kick you can grab the person and then press A or X to throw them and then run at them and press circle or B like your going to tackle them and it just kicks them to the ground instead.

I discovered the bush one when I was starting out in RDR2 online. I just through it'd be funny to hide in a bush not expecting it to work, but look at that - it did. Horse saddlebag looting is a thing I also just assumed was possible and did without ever thinking about it, I was only disappointed that apparently a dead horse's bags can not be searched.

What makes it 10 times darker then drowning someone already is, is the fact you hold their arm. That little thing makes it more dark, cause you can imagine the fear the npc is facing, not being able to fight back

One other brawling trick is if you're fighting under a wooden beam, there's a specific button that trigger unique animation where your character jumps and grabs on to the beam and do double kick on your opponent. I did once by accident, forgot what button i pressed as i randomly mashed the buttons

Didn’t learn anything from the video because I no life this game. So instead, I’ll share some knowledge for those that don’t know as much.
If you wish to grab and beat your friends like you do to NPC’s, you must engage in a struggle with them. Easiest way is to get into a fighting stance with them, walk back and push triangle whilst pulling back. While in the struggle, mash Triangle instead of circle and you’ll grab them and can walk around and beat them.
You can drown NPC’s with a knife as well, does the animation the O Driscoll does to Arthur if you don’t break free in the mission ‘Goodbye Dear Friend’ where you force a knife into someone’s chest.
You can pull people up and down with the left stick by pressing it once you’ve grabbed them. Only whilst unarmed. However when you’re holding a side arm and you tackle someone, you can bring them up, but not back down.
You can push people up against walls and beat them, while they’re near a wall, push up to them and press triangle. It’ll push them against it and you can beat them.
You can continually elbow people in your reinforced lasso just by continually pressing circle after hitting them once, this makes it impossible to break free.
Fun fact - Ability cards were a horrible idea. Showcased by the last point, and the fact that slippery bastard and slow and steady exist. There’s worse but they’re the main contenders.
There’s more I could tell thee. Just reply to the comment if you want more, but just saying this guy (zumie I mean) really doesn’t know that much about the game.
You can trust my word here, played through the story mode 16 times and legitimately reached over rank 300 in online.
Shame that all those XP glitches exist, or my rank would actually mean something other than someone looking at it and thinking ‘well he has just done a glitch’
Oh yeah, while I’m here, anyone that owns these items should instantly be shipped to Brazil and beheaded.

EDIT: Forgot to add something to the drowning part.
You can have any NPC in the game beat you to death which can be pretty funny, me and my friends had a bunch of women beat us to death violently. You have to activate the drowning animation while unarmed and facing the shore, in shallow enough water, and it should start to say ‘O to subdue’ at the bottom right. Don’t press it, and they’ll counter your drown, turn you around and beat you to death.

That last part about the jawbone knife, why? I’m curious as to how someone who plays the game so much is bothered by a knife, shotgun and a coat. Explain
Funny thing. Only thing i did not know was the last clip when you killed the deer with a knife and lasso AND get perfect belt doing that. Since then my trader role is blooming and i soon have my first 10,000$ in RDR Online :D Thanks Flasco!

you can calm npc horses if you target them before looting. You know it's safe to loot when it says "pat", you'll probably have to do it twice ( 1 for each side ) if it's real skittish upon initial approach

I jumped in yesterday. Last time i played was 7 months ago. I do not just only complain. I took action and stopped playing, it will not help ofc but i it felt good. Finally there is animals. I only want to hunt. Nothing else, no pvp playlist or shit like that. Now i can play again. I have level 10 in most of the roles but i live them and do not get tired of the game when reaching level 10. I am frontier in this game and living it. Never sprint with the horse if i do not have to.
Denzamusic I really like the update too. The simple things such as hunting at night, setting up camp, before selling your goods in the morning. I was just hoping for war paint too.

You can grapple players if you get into a struggle with a player and you and your opponent are trying to push each other while both of you have each others arms out on each others shoulders, if you have that animation, spam circle and triangle and you will be able to hold them push them and punch them, the only thing that hey can do is try to break out.Go for 2 or 3 punches in that move, I mostly do 2 punches, push a player against something or make them fall so I can combo, you can make a cool combo with this by punching 2 times, pushing them behind you and then charging at them and pushing them with R2, and if they survive you can kick them while they are on the ground.
