This beef isnt just lyrical. Its about Em running to court to prevent Benzino from releasing a song in which Em was being racist to black people. This was before the internet and why it didnt have a lot of impact, but some of us caught it and have never forgotten. There is nothing Em can do against any of that except making silly jokes. That's why Benz calls him a culture vulture and says that he used the art form to diss the people who created the art form. Effectively saying that Em's music isnt rap, but a parody of rap.

Benzino would have dropped Em's racist tapes on UA-cam and it would get millions of views if it was done in this era, but that was the era when Benzino still had to spread physical discs to get the tapes spread. That's why Em was succesful in running to the judge like a snitch. And that's why most people (including the Stans) still haven't heard the racist tapes
Heard them, and while unfortunate, Em has apologized, constantly showed respect to the OG's of rap, stood tall for minorities and had plenty come out speaking respectfully on things he has done for his city since then that he has never mentioned himself. I would never defend racism...it's never acceptable, but people are capable of learning from their mistakes and becoming better people. Em fucked up, he knows it, you know it, I know it. It's a matter of how he handled everything going forward, in my opinion.
