HOME MADE CHICKEN DONER! Kamado Joe Big Joe Joetisserie

Today tried something new! I had some offcuts of Chicken Breast which typically is not used for Chicken Doner but it was something special.
I believe this will be a regular dish on the kamado but Chicken Thigh is for sure more suited for the rotisserie style kebab.
