Practice. That’s all. The more you dance the better you get and more natural it is. I used to dance in my room for 4-5 hrs before bed every night 🤣🤣 not to learn how to dance, but because I love dancing. The more you do it, the better you get. Really feel the music too, and just let your body go with it. It’s the best workout for your entire body too!

You likely have lower back pain due to weak core/ lower back muscles. If you kept at it & worked thru the pain... you'd strengthen the area, eliminating the pain over time... & you'd master this move in the process.
