Fantastic sounding pickups! You definitely have to do more of these demos showcasing your amazing inventory
Wish you would have shown how they sound clean, especially on the neck pu
Nice have been wanting to see a P90 video! Must underated pickup of all time
All your pickups sound great! Keep it up bois👍🏻
Your P-90-s are Thee Best! Only thing that comes close are the original, 50's P-90's! How come you didn't get an R-4 GT?
Really awesome
Any chance you could send a set of these to Zach at Mythos Pedals for one of his transformation vids? He does an awesome job
Sounds great. Is there by chance a video of your 52/54 set of P-90's for comparison?
Do you have a video for a bridge dogear replacement for a les paul junior single cut?
What magnets would be in a set of 1953 P-90's? Also, are the pickup routes in early P-90 Les Paul's bigger for the corners of the bottom plates? Thanks Jon!
If the magnets are .125” thick they are likely A4 in ‘53. If they are the thicker magnets then they are certainly A3. Vintage routes are just a tiny bit longer than most Reissue routes. It’s enough of a difference that vintage baseplates may need have the corners filed to fit in a Gibson Historic route.
How are they different then the new ones in Gibson?
Are they also suitable for a 1959 Les Paul Special?
what amp?
Princeton Reverb with Boss Waza Blues Driver.
Do you make the black dog ear P90 covers for the neck position for say an ES330?
yeah they do
On both this and your previous video the narration is all on the left and guitar is on the right. Audio quality is muffled and low volume. I don't think it's my set up, I checked by viewing one of your earlier videos and the sound is better and in both channels. I suppose Covid 19 means you have to do all this on your own. I hope both you and ThroBak come out of the other end of this OK.
sounds fine to me
Current setup is Jon on left, Matthew on right. When it just Jon the amp is on the right.
I miss your partner, I like when you jam together. I still haven't got a gibson or the like, so that i can put some of your paf's in it.
Matthew will be back for more video’s.
No middle position sound?
Watch the selector switch. Lots of middle position playing in this demo.
To good, have an SG junior I want to put one in…
I have a 2019 Gibson Les Paul Standard 50's Gold Top with P90's, how would your P90's compare to what I have now?
ThroBak P90’s will have more overtones and dynamics compared to your stock pickups.
