It's a very limited run vinyl only edit of an already rare album track John so, unfortunately , no! ;-)
Please don't take this the wrong way but I really love Prince's original version for the romance side of the record , which if I'm correct is portraying two people mad about each other, and for me the beat music in the background kinda takes that away from it ... I don't mind the beat stuff on it's own , just not through all of original .. hope no one's mad at me .. :-)

I like this mix except that I think his vocals are a little too far back. Makes it hard to hear all of the incredible vocal nuances. Otherwise, I think it's cool.
Yes I think that's the trouble with housing up a ballad. Vocals can be too soft to cut through the drums.. or it could just be the software I used to upload it on here. Believe me you can hear him loud and clear when the vinyl is played over a good sound system .

I only upload vinyl on here from my personal collection. Unfortunately I just have the bonus EP from 3121 which doesn't include 'The Dance' or I would have done it myself. Someone did put it up before but it's been deleted. You can find an mp3 download if you do some digging but not on itunes.

Wish I could help Calvin. It's a very rare version and I've never found a better rip than the one I've uploaded here straight from vinyl. It never appeared on a digital format. Sorry mine wasn't done with better equipment.
