I like using the bent spinner wire trick it rigs it cleaner and you don’t ruin as many baits. It also opens the tail so the legs are visible and just looks more natural. I got sick of the egg loop just breaking shrimp on a black lash or just reeling it in sometimes that thing can get broke so I just run the spinner wire but this is definitely an effective way that catches hundreds of thousands of steelhead. Super quick too but once the spinner wires on your leader it’s only a matter of threading the wire through the tail meat so I’d say they are equally fast just preference.
Ricky Simmonds yah like you said, its all preference. I like how natural the shrimp looks with the egg loop but I’ve never tried the wire. May try it out one of these days
I sometimes use a normal neutral buoyant bead which is to space the floating spin n glo but sometimesfor extra color or float i add a small corkie. The resistance from the current on the coonshrimp will hold it off the bottom but the spin n glo adds action, color and a littlr extra float
Kyle Kania procure sells a shrimp and prawn powdered cure, they have red, purple, pink/ purple, and a “natural” orange. We will make a video on how to cure shrimp in the future if you’d like

Nice video man keep it up🤙🏼
Wyatt’s Wild Outdoors thank you! More coming soon
Great setup 👌. These beats are just classic or floatable? Is it just spin’glo which holds it above the bottom?
