Pengaudzoke kuseri. They were my fathers favorite sungura group . These guys strummed their strings in an unique feet -tapping way which always sent us into a frenzy. The combination of two front man Daiton and Josphat was made in heaven. Whenever I am bored I listen to their tunes and it always gets me into a joyous mood. I wish Faheem all the best in keeping his fathers legacy. This unique beat should be kept alive.
Daiton was King of that soprano/ tenor. However all round the younger Josphat was more talented hence you see more success when without his brother unlike Daiton who struggled. Most lyrics I believe they were composed by Josphat too. But Daiton's voice was a killer.

David Jele you are right, they should be a Zimbabwe Music Museum ZMM. Then they will be Biographies of every musician. To have a good historian library of every song for every musician. I agree with you.
Its quite commendable to carry such interviews with our music legendaries but munovasiyiravo here cheuviri to change their lives It turns to a mockery kungowawata ne Programme dzenyu kufukunyura zvakare movasiya vachingonetseka nehupenyu. Kuno kwatiri zvinemutsauko. God bless you Neshamba it's a job well done though.
I wish we could build a music hall of fame to preserve these legends. It's painful to see them dying without official recognition for their immense contributions to our arts, entertainment and most importantly our culture.
