So glad you guys take the time to make all of these videos. Thank you. I'm a rookie starting out with the 10FX. I'm going to use it on my 2015 Harley Ultra Limited. Looking forward to shining her up again.
Is there a video where y’all explain the pad differences? It’d be amazing to know which ones are safe to apply waxes and sealants with, without the worry of scratching the clear coat. Plus, would beat the hell out of applying waxes/sealants by hand.
Hey Joey, I have a Chevy Silverado and I’m unsure of how to use the polisher on the top of my cab because of all the grooves. Would it be better to polish that part by hand, as the grooves are pretty close? Thanks for the help!
I am a diesel mechanic by day, but have been wanting to get into polishing and paint correction so im looking into purchasing my first polisher. I use chemical guys for all of my auto products so im having trouble deciding between the torqx or 10fx. Im new to using a polisher but am a very quick learner so im not sure which to get. Great content.
Appreciate the video. I am looking to use all in one polish and green hexlogic heavy polishing pad for one step polish. Generally, which machine would get better results between torq 10fx or torq 15 mm with that combination? Thank you
which polisher would you reccomend for removing overspray on black paint? i painted my fence on my house and forgot to mask my truck and now you see little white specs and i bought butter wet wax
Hey! Try using a Medium Duty Clay Bar with Clay Luber to extract overspray. If the stains remain use a TORQ 10FX polisher with an Orange Hex-Logic Pad and V36 Cutting Polish. ua-cam.com/video/gZB6DD25IaI/v-deo.htmlsi=iUYInDtrAsf9OCbI
@@joem6189 I use the 15DA because its good for multiple vehicles. Its good for my wife's Acura and my Ford F150. Its not bad on the F150. Gets the job done quick. On the Acura sometimes I use a smaller backing plate for the tight spots with the 15DA. Also the 15DA is good on headlight restoration.
With a neglected Land Rover on my driveway I ordered my first polisher earlier this week 😬. Turns out I chose wisely. TORQ10FX for the win 😂. Thanks for the wrap up, a very good overview.

I just recently purchased the Torqx and I love it!!!❤❤❤
Gotta love the TORQX!
I have the TorqX. Love it. Lightweight, great for light jobs, polish or wax.
Happy detailing!
Ive had the 15DA for a couple years but saw the TorqR was on super discount. I eager to see how well it will work on some old neglected cars

Do all your da’s allow for the adding of smaller backing plates. Specifically looking at the 15 and 22mm throw units.
Hi there! The TORQ 15DA and 22 can only interchange 5 and 6 inch backing plates.
Is it necessary to dilute silk shine protectant to prevent chemical burn?
Hi there! Silk Shine is ready to use and does not require dilution.
Will be picking one up from detail garage very soon
Enjoy your detailing products!!
Would it be best to use just the rotary polisher for metal polishing diamond plate?
Super helpful! Was the exact explanation I was looking for.
Pad and compound video would be great if you haven’t B produced it already.

Yes do that video please

Is the torq 10fx consider dual action? Can I use it for paint correction?
Hi Jonathan! The TORQ 10FX is a dual action polisher, it's great for paint correction as well as applying glaze, sealant and wax.
So a Ram 1500 I should get the 22d
Hey Joe! The 22D will cover the most surface area to save time and effort especially on a large vehicle like a Ram.
@@ChemicalGuys sweet thank you

What would you use for buffing out 3,000 grit wet sanding scratches?
4k grit,I find it strange how you got 3k grit scratches from wet sanding
Who like to see a video on the buffing pads
Thanks so much for your feedback!
you forgot to include the bigger better polishers
😃
I was wondering what Mike Shinoda was up to since Linkin Park released should of just retired.
