Fry looks amazing. I am giving it a try without the pressure cooker. With PC Meat gets a bit shredded instead of tender and crisp as shown above. Just a different kind of recipe. Thanks.

Would you still add water even though meat leaves alot of water when it's fryed?

Thanks matey! Not just a great looking (and tasting) dish to try, but beautifully presented, crystal clear - and no dumb, overbearing music soundtrack. Love this. Good on you.

Your recipe is backwards than the usual way, but still many ways to do it. Cheers!

I Bought £21 lamb meat boneless and cooked it with this recipe and i loved the aromatic flavour with the good piece of meat. I love a good curry as i am an asian background. xd

The land of pork James. I am sure there is an upside to being in Thailand from what i have seen.

★ How To Cook Great ★ indeed, great pork, duck and chicken dishes here and cheap too. I'm in the south these days so I even get to eat beef regularly. Do miss good old sheep though 😆. Great dishes anyway buddy, makes good watching right before I eat. As a spicy head, I'd love to see you cook a chicken Phall one day

I feel like having it boil in that stew at a high pressure draws out the flavour from the lamb but you’re right it does tenderise it.. I wonder how one could make it tender without drawing out the flavour. I know you’re keeping the flavour in the pot when you reduce it to almost no water left but it’s not 100% the same as now your sauce has the flavour, not the meat. Great recipe though will give it a go, cheers :)

This recipe looks good but adding some ginger or garlic could kick up the flavor and take it to whole new level.
