Try adding a little cornstarch to the ranch! It's a great thickener without changing flavor. A little goes a long way so go slowly with how much you add

Hey Cam & Shan, try thickening the vegan ranch with a little veganaise... or if you want it to retain all of its current flavor (not sure if veganaise would fit quite right if you have to add a lot) try just adding cornstarch and letting it sit for a minute! Kitchen science! Let me know if it works :)
Ow man I feel ya on the darkness. It's pitch black at like 5pm here (Belgium). But when I lived in South-Africa for a few months even in summer/spring it was dark at like 6pm. It really got me confused when I used to skype home and sun was shining over in Belgium while it was like 9 pm and I had been in darkness for 3 hours at that point. Felt like I was living in another time zone while I wasn't haha
