@randy johnson but w being gay you have to go through a process to get to that acceptance. A lot of thinking and reflecting. Usually people assume they themselves are straight bc that's the "norm" so if a "straight" girl hadn't put that much thought into it or is in denial they can be turned by someone who attracts them and makes them feel safe
there's such a big stigma around the word "lesbian" everyone is so afraid of it. even myself

i also find it so interesting to hear how my lgbt friends call their sexualities, and i definitely feel you on saying "gay" more than "lesbian" and how lesbian has all these stereotypes attached to it, it's really easy for me to call myself gay but it's hard for me to announce myself as a lesbian even though i mean the same thing either way!
