I don't know if its the setup, or the picks maybe different, or its the guitars. They sound a little different to me on here. The one John is playing is a a little dryer. Yours has a little more bite I think. I would love to own either. 😁
It definitely looks a little more vintage. I really like Atkins. I haven’t actually played one but they sound great in the video. I hope they continue to put out the quality of tone they have so far. I kinda been eyeing an Essential D. I’m sure your enjoying you Atkin

(I bought a Yamaha FG5X a few months back cause it reminded me so much of the 70’s FG red label my late father gigged with for over 40 years and I’ve just fallin’ in love with it but I’m REALLY tempted to pull the trigger on an FG9 after you and JP Cormiers glowing reviews.
