Para mi un ERROR DE DISEÑO de AQARA es que no sea SIMETRICOS la parte FRONTAL y la parte TRASERAS de sus dispositivos. Por ejemplo la U100 o la U300 la parte de trasera y la frontal no están la la misma altura, y eso da una sensación de poca simetría en puertas con cristalera
Very bad customer support on G3 cameras. Had 2 with different issues and the Aqara support did nothing. The G4 has very big software and connectivity issues. Be aware before investing!
LOL Don’t worry!!! Aqara haven’t upgraded the American Zigbee smart plug, new is horribly big and as I understood not Zigbee 3.0 but anyway… also ignores to Mexico and we are just closer to EEUU and don’t sell here hahaha So sad to know your case, would be great to release UK Wall outlets
@@AndrewDee just because it’s so big and it will take so much space example horizontally placed in a wall, behind whatever forniture you can imagine, or a UPS… I don’t know mmm also you will plug something and the plug’s wire will take more space. Small size helps so much “old American version” takes many space and this “new” sized one, looks like any other horrible wifi cheap brand :(
OK Aqara announces new products in Jan 2024 but still not able to purchase products announced at the IFA 2023 in August such as the U200 or the EU style wall outlet. Europe is not supported well in the Smart home world with few Smart locks, next to no smoke detectors.
really excited for the new design of the smart plug!!! I have been wanting to switch my VOCOlinc and Meross smart plugs to Aqara (rather have them connected to a hub instead of wifi) but the size of the existing plug takes up both outlets. Plus, I love the Aqara automation options. You guys rock! 🎉

@@Aqara have replaced Arlo indoors with two G3. Will hold on to the outdoor until the day you release. So far the G4, U100 and G3 all live up to expectations
Oh, I am sad, just bought 2 Aqara U200 and 1 Aqara hub, and several buttons on amazon, did not manage even to install them and they they already are old.

If you don't buy hubs, then you won't be able to use Matter as matter is local. I'm pretty sure you have some hub such as honepod, smartthings or so on
Bla bla, Aqara is the worst Home system ever. Unstable as hell, and then the help from Aqara is not present. I have been sitting all winter (and last summer) with a heating system that does not work in up to minus 18 celcius this winter. Thanks for the crap Aqara.
