I the transparent tv is awesome, i don't personally live in a highrise apartment but just imagine a 115+ inch version directly in front or better yet, incorporated into the window. It would basically be a glass wall/window that takes up no traditional solid wall space and at a touch of a button or a spoken word and you have a tv or take advantage of the transparency and have a rolling bar at the bottom with news, above, interactive weather and at the same time be able to see your view. Similar could also work for average mums, she could have similar on the tv while being able to watch the children play in the backyard.
I've seen many videos passing by this week about CES, but they were all taking about LG, Samsung, and other bigger brands. Truely happy to see you show other products as well. Thanks!
Hey don't diss the RGB toilet yet. It could save the lives of your family by turning RED after you have been using it, to warn them for deadly gasses present.
It would be cool and innovative if that toilet had a built-in powerful air suction extraction system (similar to vacuum cleaner )to remove bad smells 😂
Hello! Thanks for featuring Yarbo and dropping by our booth at CES. Yarbo's mission is to simplify life through innovation. We're committed to introduce more useful modules to elevate the yard care experience to a new level! 13:45
For a ridiculously good time, or just to chat about the wonders of Yarbo, give our support center a buzz! We’re all ears, and maybe some gears. 🤖😄@@chrissybarbosa9787
I really enjoyed how prepared you came while presenting this information. Some reviewers wing it too much. When other reviewers deliver key points while missing so many other keys key points it turns me away. Proper brainstorming a full list like you just did it’s bring a much higher level of value while providing confidence that lends me to want to watch your entire video. Thank you for what you do and how you do it.
The projector doubling as a ceiling light is such a smart simple idea that solves a common issue. You want to ceiling mount a projector your best bet for power is a nearby light fixture. I could definitely see using the light dead center of my master bedroom to put this.
Agreed. Almost all of the others I've watches are just duplicates of each other, and 99% only covered TV's. Thanks for showing that there was other content to be had at CES!
Thank you for doing a comprehensive look at CES! It was disappointing looking for coverage and only finding videos with one or two products. Love seeing a round of up of some of the cooler things there!
The clear screens have a clear use case in AR. Especially for vehicles. How cook wild it be for the entire windshield to display critical information, overlay directions, etc. I know some cars have HUDs but you could probably do a lot more with a clear TV panel
Imagine arrows appearing exactly where the street you need to turn on, rather than just an arrow randomly telling you to turn left or right. I could see that as a great thing in areas where there are a LOT of streets very close to each other.
Thank you for the great recap. It is a great time for smart home and cannot wait to see these products hit the market and how we can use to further automate our life
I wish I could go to things like that. Sadly, I don't have friends who are into tech and going to expos, even my family. I've always been into technology and history like going to museums. I'm glad you have someone who goes with you and share these types of experience. I would kill to be in your shoes right now.
Wow, I was amazed to see this auto show in Vegas at CES 2024. Everything on display was state-of-the-art tools, state-of-the-art vehicles, and the latest cutting-edge items that were amazing. All the great products are here
Terrific report! You have a great, ordinary guy-having a blast at a tech show, delivery which makes your video fun to watch. You didn't linger too long on any one thing and it wasn't too techie. Nice job.
I expect the transparent screens will be for vehicles, but the technology is still developing. It will take a while for the software, lifespan, and legislation to bare fruit.
1:10 Recognising expired food is a necessary feature of Samsung fridge. 3:31 I'm totally amazed by this electric grill. That will increase your electric bill. 4:33 Facelock is amazing and it recognises your face instantaneously, wow 😮. 5:01 Locking the door with your palm must be super easy. 6:02 Transparent TV's really do look magnificent. 8:01 This rotatory and Lamp projector are fascinating and innovative. 8:35 Air gestures gets a turbo boost that's very good. 9:31 Pebble transport is incredibly useful. 11:37 All you need to do is to speak to Ai to change your lights? how awesome 👍🏿. 12:31 Sony car digitised screen is stunning and it contains many information. 12:44 They are really pushing the envelope with this electric motorcycle. It is a must-have. 13:58 I'm amazed by this robo lawnmower, it look futuristic. 15:46 An autonomous robotic excavator? Damn that's incredible 👏. It looks futuristic.
1:33 That's funny, I just finished binging Silicon Valley.... Not hotdog... what a great show!! BTW Jian Yang was always looking out for ways to get something for nothing. He never actually worked for Pied Piper but in the end he was living life pretty good. Keep up with the great reviews! I'm sure it was pretty hard to narrow it down to just 24 things. Maybe your next video should be '24 MORE Things I saw at CES 2024.' Now I have to go and watch Linus and see his review. 👍
There are multiple use cases where transparent TVs actually make sense. Some examples: 💡In houses and offices where the TV is also a window when the TV is turned off 💡In public places where the seethrough property is useful, for example, visual info on the foreground while in the background happens something that one needs to pay attention to or care for like keeping an eye on kids or on baggage or on a car, or waiting in a queue or waiting for something to be prepared or dispatched, etc. 💡As an intelligent division in offices and workplaces 💡As a video surface on a vehicle window or windshield, with different sizes for different purposes like augmented reality or entertainment or safe parking or safe circulating 💡As a novelty for advertisement purposes
Most of the tech at CES is starting to go over my head. It's hard to imagine the exponential growth in technology. Next few years I will totally loose track of the capabilities of technology
You only have to ventre & find tech videos on UA-cam some 2008 where these idea's sprout from updated by another tech so small now addons getting easier & faster simpler
I literally said what you said about that grill at 3:33 onwards! It's so futuristic but modern. It's like a cooking version of an Electric Car. They are futuristic, clean but I will miss the Charcoal smell like how people would miss the way Gasoline smells! We were on the same train of thought lol... I literally laughed out loud when you said that TV costs $200k 0:44 5:54 Finally, again we get Transparent TV's. I was wondering after CES 2009 or 2010 when they were going to actually release to the public. 😅But they actually look good this time, 15 years later. 12:08 Those were some of the most innovative vehicles I've seen! I love the Sony Car, but that Truck is so useful that I can see people ditching their homes to get that or that smart RV. 15:28 All those robots I'm loving! That comment was funny! 😂 15:40 I can easily see this on streets in cities by the end of this decade going into the 2030s or sometime that decade (wide span of time in case you are reading this up there from 2024) 15:44 That Excavator if it hadn't come out yet, people would've said that was from 2050 or 2100 🤣 not so soon in the 2020s or even 2030s. These were nearly perfect but as you said some of them still need work. All of this tech regardless was so fun to watch and discover. It's like Technology innovating during the 2000s again, where they are making rapid advancements. The Smartphone after all came out of that decade that we are still using today 😊 Amazing video!
Super great video thank you so much! I'm going to add many of these to my Costa Rican retreat space The Jungle Temple and truly be a blend of future tech in an ancient sacred space. Feeling like a character from The Fifth Element
Transparent tv could be put in a condo with floor to ceiling windows. Instead of having a tv that is blocking the view you can have the tv transparent until you need to watch and if you are like me you just need the tv to play the news or music.
Yeah, that would be incredibly futuristic. Also, the cool thing about that is space saving. Not having the TV take up space in a small apartment and instead being built into the window(s) would be really cool. Would totally be like The 5th Element or Blade Runner or iRobot.
@@kingzach74 Never thought about having it as a window, it could be an option. If the tv is easily mountable then I could see it being used that way for a more reasonable/realistic solution.
The tint glasses cost more than transition lenses if you happen to have vision insurance. Though these tint glasses might be better for driving since the LCD screens they are using are polarized already and you can set the level.
Yardo was the only thing there that I could see myself buying for my own use. A robot that could cut grass, rake leaves, and blow snow would be pretty sweet.
Nice video! I appreciate that you toned down using words with 3 of the same vowel (sooo, waaay, looove, amaaazing, etc). Still too many for me, but I have hope so I've subbed!
Haha thanks man! Wait... are you sure it was me?? lol I was looking for you but never spotted you. But I was a walking zombie by the end so who knows 🤣
@@SmartHomeSolverhaha now I realized I just saw you... and didn't say hi! It was a bit overwhelming, and as a certified introvert I'm pretty sure I substituted you for one of the other IoT UA-camrs I met on the floor on day 2. Also, that toilet was crazy lol. I touched it and then the booth attendant quickly came over and was like "that one's not for touching!" Haha
i normally don't leave food naked in the fridge, they're in plastic bags or tuperware-like containers. i wonder how the fridge handles that? and can it identify bottles where most of it is blocked by the hand grabbing it? or does it recognize where objects are put and taken from and you can tell it what was in the object?
Nice coverage of an array of products and manufacturers. Like the automated toilet but unless it can raise that seat in under a second then next time I come home after having a few coffees, that just won't be quick enough lol
CES was so much fun and I can't believe it was my 9th CES! 😮 Don't forget to subscribe: bit.ly/3joO1dZ

Great no-nonesense fast run down... just perfect, unlike most other vids that are most bloat "look at me" composites. Again, well done.
