    In this video i have given u various types of texture paste making. U can use this in various projects and save this for more than a month. i have used this in all of my tutorial and i have shared the best materials used to create the texture.
    u can use this texture paste to create painting and sculpture painting as well, for stencil work as well.

    baby powder
    fevicol
    acrylic paint
    emulsion

      Yes you can but put in a air tight container and sprinkle little bit of water on top leave it .. U can store untill u finish ..

      For crackle use only glue application. This all is texture paste .

      it will not develop any crack . if u feel there is crack then u must have done any mistake in the mixing proportion .

    Hi acrylic putty paste can be used directly with out using any glue on mdf or canvas time to take dry

      Liquid wall putty does not need any glue.. if u are mixing from power then u need to mix glue as a binding agent...

      This is local brand available in India . if u r from India get in hardware or fevicol also has synthetic binder use that ... Storage I have spoken in video . storage is based on how you use take small portion need and put in airtight container . it will last untill u finish the paste .

      Texture will be thick if paint is low. Add little more FEVICOL if you don't have colour.

      Nothing will happen... If u don't use it will be pale yellow so to maintain white colour we add white as base colour

    Which paste is best for big scale thick flat application on canvas ? And then carving?

      If u wall carve then u need the drying time to be slow . so use the liquid putty so that drying will be slow .

      Asian paint emulsion premium Base paint. (To make a paste😆) mixing powder+emulsion+glue+acrylic paint to finallised the paste form

      I said Asian paint tractor emulsion which is a brand name. I use acrylic paint in that. Which is cheap and good quality.

      No wall putty basically gives a good white color so u don't need to add any colour ..

      Don't add water based paint or water to the powder .. to avoid crack even after that use fevicol SR white colour which is polimer based glue

      @aniritha in my procedure I won't have add water ... So kindly follow the one which I have mentioned this will not crack if u r using wall putty , gypsum powder , pop or white cement but use glue which has polymer quality...

    Please help me out,I want to create a Tanjore style painting on canvas board but I don't want to use the regular muck mixture of chalk powder used! Can I use the given paste for muck work? Pls suggest how can I get a bit thin flowy liquid like consistency!

      Don't use chalk powder they don't give a good texture . you can use the one i mentioned as liquid wall putty or the mixture with pop I mentioned both will work best . but use fevicol SR or arabic glue . don't use MR .

      Forever don't add water in any of the mixture when it comes to painting . if you do so then u will get cracks in the work you do . for liquid consistency u need to add liquids more (fevicol and white colour ) . next ratio what I have mentioned in the video . liquid wall putty is best to work for tanjore painting . they r readymade comes in a consistency lile texture paste form .

      If you r not mixing properly as I told in video it will get crack. If you use water also it will crack. To make it liquid use water based acrylic colour in more proportion it will work

      If u store in a good air tight container , while using u should take separately and use it . if u do so then until u finish the product it will not get dried . if u don't use it frequently then on top leave plain water and store in normal room temperature.

    Hello ma'am, i was already struggling with the submission of my art project and came across your video which was so helpful to me ✨. I already bought the acrylic putty (the liquid one) and wanted to know how to use it because some of my friends used it for their last min project and they found it falling off the canvas.

    1. can mix other acrylic colour to the putty?
    2. Is there any need of adding fevicol to it for better stay?
    3. Can we make the pallet knife leaf and flower arts with it?

      1.yes you can mix and acrylic colour to the liquid putty. If the consistency is more liquid add one spoon of wall putty powder to it
      2.no u don't need to add but id you add SR FEVICOL then u don't need to put any glue base to stitck
      3. Yes you can they give a beautiful effect. To get shining add linseed oil if needed.
      4. When you mix it correct then there will not be any cracks.

    Also would like to know can i use this home made texture for commission work too and will it be the same quality or better shop brought ? I m curious to know these

      Don't use brown colour wood glue, they r rubber based not resin ... Use white colour based wood glue ...

      For strong life one which powder is best? I tried with wall putty and cellouse cotton and fevicryl Mr.. It is not drying at all and easily breaking by hand itself..

      No . sculpture paste u need to add cellulose or fiber to it . texture paste is used for modeling and giving volume to the work .

    Hello !! How long do you think this would take to dry if I used a big amount on a canvas with several layers ?

      If u r using pop/ white cement based paste then make multiple layers and leave it in room temperature it will dry in 2hrs .. If ur in cold temperature country then it may take 6-12hrs

      Add baby powder to change the consistency thick or thin . u should add fiber to use it as sculpture paste

    Do we need to put fevicol in the wall putty paste if I'm making it for the base? Plus will this mixture stay over plywood?

      No in wall putty u don't need to add fevicol . wall putty by itself is a joining compound or filling compound so it has the strength to withstand . yes it will stick to any surface .
      R u using as base coat or going to do any modeling with wall putty ?

      For lippan art work use white cement texture paste . u will get good result . if u r using wall putty then use liquid wall putty . don't use powder base . tip for u is , do sanding on plywood and then apply the paste . and let me know the result .

      @@Finecraftsstudio I have the powder and I'm making paste from it then applying it to the plywood. And ig it has no need of sanding coz it looks plain.What's wrong here please let me know.

      Dr sanding me using emery paper and make the base rough and the use the white cement paste which I have said in video . don't use powder wall putty . the hardness differ from brand to brand .

    Hi, thank you so much for the video! I had a few doubts I could use some help with.
    I am making a textured world map on a wall where only the continents have texture and rest of the wall area is plain. I started using white cement + water and used a plastic knife to apply the mixture on the wall and create textures. However, now that it has dried (24 hours), I see cracks in the cement, and some of it is also peeling and falling off.
    Since this is on a wall, I need it to be extremely durable and long term. I will be applying coats of white primer and painting the wall once the texturing is done.
    Can you please suggest what combination of materials I should use so that I can get the perfect paste for texturing? The texture paste should not crack or fall off once dried. Please help me with this. Thank you! :)

      Use liquid wall putty. Beat it with a wish u will get it similar to butter cream consistency

    Hello. I have used wall putty with glue but it cracks later on. I came to know to use minimal water. But still after drying fully, minute cracks remain. What is the solution for this? Your help would be highly appreciated.

      U can use polymer based glue for the mixing... There will not be any cracks

      Gesso works as a primer for all the base. Modeling paste is thick paste where it is used for all kind of texture work and 3d works . it is also give a volume to the design

      school glue wont give that result. the glue chemical should be based on hard adhesive . i achieve good texture when i used PVA glue/wood glue / synthetic adhesive ..

      u can add a normal acrylic paint in 2:0.5 water ratio . If u r using the acrylic paint which i have mention in the video u can add 2:1 proportion where it will not spoil the consistency . if u want more liquidy then i would refer liquid wall putty they give good volume if u add water .

      If u r using white cement in sculpture painting or any relief work then add PVA glue or synthetic adhesive so that u cam avoid cracks. If then too u r getting crack add one part corn starch . other option is pop where u will not find cracks

      That will give cracks once completely dried. Mix and joining compound to it . add equal amount of wall putty powder / marble powder May be cracks will not be visible .

      The first one.. It was not dried completely but the paste was not smooth

      If u r using pop u need to sieve nicely so that there is no big balls formed .. Important point is u need to mix well with spoon .
      For dryness u need to store properly in a good airtight container . use only the amount needed don't leave it in open air untill u finish project and then store it . it will dry soon .

      If u apply very thick like 5mm to 10mm thickness .. It will take nearly 6 to 7 hours to dry .. May be 12 ... If u apply very thin layer just 1 hr max

      Yes u can .. Store in a air tight container .. It will not get dried until u finish the last scoop ... If u r using white cement u cannot store it more than 24 hrs ..
