- Hank is joined by Maddie, Katie, Caer, and Morgan for 25 minutes of easy pedaling. This workout won't get your heart rate too high but nevertheless will build your fitness. Not too easy but not too hard, this is the perfect workout for when you don't want to sweat too much!

Coming off a cold, so this was perfect!
Great ride, lets me switch up riding styles within the comfortably long segments.
I feel Hank struggled in the first 10 minutes to pick up the timings and inform us of the cadences. Found myself having to watch the screen to pick up the changes. Better in the last 15 mins. The riders didn’t seem too happy about being there! Overall a steady workout and I love this setup of GCN.

Ive just discovered these training sessions, they are great. Could you go into the set up and how it works plus all the different kind of bikes like peloton or nordic track bikes, vs wahoo and swifts and resistance rollers etc, the price points and what is good or bad about each type? Obviously these are just a small selection of known brands there are many other brands available😉
