I’ve learned to hate Black Friday. I won’t even go into stores this time of year. Mainly because of all the people rushing to buy something.😂

The stores are awful during the holiday season. I wish I could hibernate and wake up in spring.

My strategy is to write down anything I want to buy from about six months before Black Friday until Black Friday week. Then, during Black Friday week, I look for special offers on those items. If I find something interesting, I quickly research the price history to see if it's a really good deal. If it is, I buy it. Otherwise, I don't buy it and wait for another chance. For example, we've wanted to buy a new robot vacuum for our office to replace our old one for quite some time. Black Friday will be the perfect time to watch out for a good offer.

That's a good strategy. I assume a lot of "sale" prices are not sales when looking back at the history of the item. This is a great idea for high ticket items.

Love using eBay for used or refurbished stuff

It's such a great deal that will never come again! But is it better than 100% off if you don't buy it? 😁
