When someone is part of the world-level strongman circuit, it's easy to forget how big they actually are compared to normal humans.
I always kinda weird seeing people around Martins. He’s what, 6’2”, and I’m 6’4”, which is pretty normal in Denmark, so the general height just seems lower in the US, but people generally just weigh more and are “bigger”. Like Martins weights almost twice as much as me, and I’m not a small dude 😅

Nice - "Licis Deadlifts" The key being to actually make the descent a real Romanian dead until you pass the knees, silent placement on the ground and Conventional Deadlift back up.
I like the idea of these. It's a 2 for 1 compound movement. A conventional Deadlift with a built in Romain Deadlift. I'm going to rotate these with Power Rows as a Secondary Heavy Pulling variation, but lighter than Competition Deadlift day. I think these will rotate well against power rows.
