Hi Peter I hade a master van with booster pressure the wouldn't go into limphome mode occasionally when drive over rough ground after two days dignostics it turned out to be the turbo even with the turbo out it looked fine no wear at all til I took it to a turbo specialist when he striped it down there was a pice of metal at the back of fins half moon shaped and no explanation how it got in there (only 36k on the van) it had worn down the back of Finns the turbo man said it hade been in their from new the was no other way it could have got in no broken Finns the turbo look perfect from outside a recon turbo solved the problem. The joys of modern cars it takes days to dignose the problem.
