How long did everyone’s apostilles take? Mine is taking forever. Also need help finding a translator. All within 100 miles of me are not responding to my emails. Is everyone else having to go in person to their consulate to submit their visa applications thru BLSInternational? What do we do if our visa is not back by the time the school program starts? What if our apostiles do not come?
@@LovelyMagpie As mentioned in the webinar, this is a new regulation that will come into effect most probably at the end of August or early September. We currently have very little information. As stated above, please contact your local office of Extranjería in Spain. This office will be the best equipped to provide any and all information you need. Best of luck!
Does anyone know how get an appointment with the LA consulate?? I tried online but it doesn’t let me click on the dates available and I’ve been trying for a week already 😭
I was having the same problem with the Chicago Consulate. when I reached out to them, they said that for NALCAP you don't go in person you just mail everything in. I'm not sure if it's the same for LA but I'd start there :-)
@@rowanbernard8650 Just wondering, were you actually able to mail everything in for the Chicago Consulate? I would have to drive about 6+ hours one way and would love to avoid that if at all possible.
@mrstanford4498 yes--you just mail all the paperwork in and then they'll let you know when it's ready. the pain is that (at least last year) you had to go in person to pick it up. it was a huge pain--it was 6h drive for a 15min errand--but you know... bureaucracy I guess.
The spanish government is such a joke I haven't been able to get a TIE for 5 months I don't think I will be able to return because of their lack of help
@@sandraburg7429 I think your consulate should have it on thier website. Be a careful with the translation because they may not accept certain translators.
This webinar was so helpful. It has made me so much more relaxed and confident about the next couple of months!
Thank you, thank you, thank you xx
Yw! Glad it was useful!

What is the monthly stipend? and do you assist with housing?
So the 30 hours is only good for private classes or you can work anywhere that will hire you?
Please, check with your local office of Extranjería in Spain when you get your TIE.
@@SpainEdOffice And is it 30 hours/week? Is there a link where we can view this info for ourselves? It was not clear at all.
