    Tried this today! Was super delicious. Didn't have schezwan sauce and replaced the beans with peas but it was awesome. Had to drain the water from the vegetables before making the manchurian balls since I used a mixer.

    I tried to make Manchurian for the first time . I cooked without Ajinomoto and it turned out so good. My husband just loved it. I paired with Hakka noodles. 🤩☺️ Thank you chef 💕🌹

    Hello sir, first of all your way of explaining the recipes are very nice and simple, I just love the way you show every minute detail ,
    I am pure vegetarian like we don't use garlic onion and spring onions in our recipe. So it would be great if you can suggest something to substitute these ingredients and to maintain that crunch which spring onion gives.

    Thanx for the recipe chef. I tried this recipe yesterday. Chopped vegetables get too watery after adding salt so its better to squeeze them to remove excess water because they were not binding when i dint remove water from them.
    Otherwise manchurian overall was very tasty 😃😃

      Squeezing the vegetables takes away the flavor from them, hence don't squeeze the water all the way, leave a little moisture in the vegetables

      @@Prabika21 aapne bilkul hot oil mei daal diya hoga, dont add in hot oil , kyuki isse sirf bahr se brown hota hai andar se nhi pakta, agar andar se pakana hai to medium oil mei simmer bar banao

    The first time the Manchurian it was one big disaster and I got so discouraged that I never made it again for 10 years.... until I found your recipe on UA-cam. So I made it last week and OH MY GOD!!! I could not believe that I made this food myself. I ate it with Chinese Vege Fried rice, that too was your recipe! Now I am addicted to it.     I add Ching's Manchurian mix to make my gravy yummy and awesome no need to add flour..I m making it from almost from 4 yrs it's superb in taste try it guys it look as same as yaman ji taught us ....I am not saying that it is not good both r yummy before 4 yrs back I m cooking it with these suaces it was also good but Ching's one is very easy and yammy like yaman ji
