Tried this today! Was super delicious. Didn't have schezwan sauce and replaced the beans with peas but it was awesome. Had to drain the water from the vegetables before making the manchurian balls since I used a mixer.

Thanx for the recipe chef. I tried this recipe yesterday. Chopped vegetables get too watery after adding salt so its better to squeeze them to remove excess water because they were not binding when i dint remove water from them. Otherwise manchurian overall was very tasty 😃😃

I add Ching's Manchurian mix to make my gravy yummy and awesome no need to add flour..I m making it from almost from 4 yrs it's superb in taste try it guys it look as same as yaman ji taught us ....I am not saying that it is not good both r yummy before 4 yrs back I m cooking it with these suaces it was also good but Ching's one is very easy and yammy like yaman ji

Squeezing the vegetables takes away the flavor from them, hence don't squeeze the water all the way, leave a little moisture in the vegetables
