EDIT: In this MAP, I used the headcanon of Honeyfern being pregnant with kits before she was killed by the adder. I used this to add further development to her character and give an added reason why Berrynose became so angry after she passed away.
I believe that when she died, the kits she was pregnant with reincarnated into Berynose's and Poppyfrost's kits. Giving him a chance to have the life he could have had with Honeyfern, but he shares it with her, sister, Poppyfrost instead.
Although it was not outright stated in the books, I checked and apparently Victoria said she personally didn't think that Honeyfern was pregnant when she died as it would be 'too sad'. However, Cherith and Kate never said anything so in my opinion, I still think that it can be up to interpretation as it was never classed as non-canon or canon in the books.
If you do not like the idea of Honeyfern being pregnant that's fine! But please allow others to have their own interpretations. It is just a book series after all.

Storyline:
This MAP follows the story of Honeyfern. The scenes that take place in this show how Sorreltail concieved her kittens, shortly after Cinderpelt risked her own life for them. It then shows Honeyfern and her siblings playing as apprentices. It moves on to the death of her brother, Molepaw and her grief.
Shortly after this, it shows her meeting Berrynose and falling in love with him and becoming pregnant with kittens. Sadly, an adder attempts to kill Briarkit as she plays in the camp and Honeyfern sacrifices herself and her unborn kits for Briarkit.
The MAP then ends showing her reuniting with her brother in Starclan and watching as Berrynose becomes mates with her sister, Poppyfrost. Honeyfern is happy that he is moving past his grief from her death and smiles, knowing that Berrynose will finally have the life that she wanted him to have.
