    YOU MATTER MORE THAN YOU WILL EVER KNOW. Panic attacks, anxiety, depression, or trauma don't define you! You are worthy of love and a life you can enjoy. If you can't run today, then walk. If you can't walk, then crawl. But no matter what, never stop moving!

    Hi everyone :) So I'm taking a break from posting ODS videos/answering comments for personal reasons and am loving all of the community support I've seen in the comment sections! Im hoping this continues and everyone can use these videos as a source of relationship building and information sharing! Every one of you are amazing and don't let anyone tell you otherwise! Hooyah Navy! ⚓

    I once told my chief who had his hands in his pocket, "chief can you take your hands out of your pocket?" he kept his hands in his pockets. and then I said "CHIEF, GET YOUR FUCKIN HANDS OUT OF YOUR POCKET!" he responded with, "no."

    Do NOT zone out at the position of attention. Keeping your bearing is staying focused and being on standby to receive orders to execute.

    For the rank structure do we need to know what is on the sleeve,collar , and cap?

    • @JessandJakii
      @JessandJakii  6 років тому +1

      All three unfortunately :) And also marines just to be safe but it's just for the uniform inspection. They may not even end up asking those questions and even if you fail all three questions during uniform inspection, you can still pass if your uniform is spot on :) Just make sure you dont smile or laugh like the guy next to me 😂

      Hi there! My NEC was CTI which is basically a linguist :)

      @@JessandJakii I am prior service Air Force enlisted and currently working with a recruiter to commission with Navy. I have a Modern Languages bachelor degree. ODS is in my future. My recruiter said that I should go in as an Intel Officer. Is that the same as CTI? Thank you so much for the videos. I have watched them all several times.

    • @JessandJakii
      @JessandJakii  5 років тому

      It basically is - CTI adds the element of linguistics to it. Intel officer won’t always have language aspect to it. Also I thought that intel officers went to OCS though

      @@JessandJakii Sorry for my ignorance here. So, is CTI a sub category of Intel? It seems as if I need to speak to my recruiter. It seems as though CTI is as close to my degree as you can get.

      Omgosh I died too! The one and only time I ever heard that phrase (and yet it sticks with me) was when I was at a-school and we were doing a captain's cup. They asked each branch if they were ready and Army went 'HUA', Marines went 'HOORAH', Navy went 'HOOYAH!' and then the Air Force screamed 'AIR POWER'. I literally died laughing that day XD
