    Did you do any post-inflation checks to confirm the accuracy of the pumps pressure reading?

    I like this review, I've been looking around for a good convenient portable tire inflator and I've noticed that as time goes on, they get better and better options, but this is very helpful, I'm going to add it to my shopping list for a future buy

    Informative video, thanks so much. My opinion of the device is that micro-USB is a showstopper, too slow and yesterday's tech. Even my 3-generation old Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ has type-C.. Type-C for input & output would make a significant difference in this device.

    To make a tube les bike tire for 22 inch bike / get a 24' solid tube cut to a 22' ( use some rubber to plug the ends) now glue the two ends together, now the ends are dry put into the rims put tire over that. Use slime inside the tire fill with air and now you're tired tire is ready should be good for about a year. It you learn this show . Thank you 😊 very much

    Mine just arrived today. I inflated 2x20" totally flat tires (to 67psi), upped the pressure in 2 27x2" tires from the 60's to 75psi, and two 16" tires -- topped off -- to 40psi. I love this thing! The only issue I ran into was this: On Schrader valves it worked like a champ. I got instant tire pressure as soon as I turned the pump on but before I started inflating the tires. But on Presta valves, with the adapter, it worked, but it only showed the tire pressure AFTER the pump started inflating the tires. I thought one of the benefits of this pump was that it would tell you the tire pressure before you started inflating, like with the Schraders. Maybe it's because the adapter doesn't trigger the mechanism to gauge tire pressure the way the Schraders do. But regardless...it works like a champ. Now I'm recharging it. I think I wore it out. :-D

      @@JeremiahMcintosh But shouldn't I be able to get the tire pressure readout for the presta valves?

    • @JeremiahMcintosh
      @JeremiahMcintosh  3 роки тому +1

      I think the reason is the center pin does not push the valve down on the presta valve if it’s not inserted completely to release the tire pressure to get the reading.

    • @skaybaltimore
      @skaybaltimore 3 роки тому +1

      @@JeremiahMcintosh That's what I thought. It's like the adapter is good enough to allow air in to pump it up, and then that triggers a reading, but when there's no air going in there's no reading. At least there's an accurate reading when the air is actually going into the tire.

    When you were competing with this pump and manually pumping up the rear tire on your electric and said that you only got the 12 and 1/2 PSI I think you missed an opportunity to hook your gauge up to the front tire and see what the Gage you were using the test your tire was reading. This would have gave us an indicator of if the pump you're testing matched your test gauge. If they didn't match at least one of them would be inaccurate.
    Can you do that? Also where do you put the accessories like the adapter 4 Schrader valve? Is there a place or a pocket 2 store those?

    • @JeremiahMcintosh
      @JeremiahMcintosh  3 роки тому +1

      The pump gauge and my other gauge were accurate even though I know I didn’t show it in the video and no there is no where to store the small attachments which is a little disappointing. You could leave them in the small bag they come in and put them in the black bag That is included the only thing that would be a tight fit in there would be the cigarette lighter cord.

    I find those Presta valve connectors to be a royal pain in the butt, and for me they don't work about 25% of the time.
    I've been looking for a while for a cordless tire inflator that's specifically for a presta valve, but haven't found one yet.

  • @rik8809

    I’m on the fence on this one. This is one of those things that would be nice to have, but not a “must have”. I find it strange that the gauge goes up to 150 psi, but Tacklife says that it’s good for up to 80 psi.
    At 1.5 lbs, it’s a bit too heavy to carry around in the bag on my XP. I’m pretty sure it’s light enough to stow away on my wife’s XP though. 😁
    Thanks for the review! 👍🏼

    • @JeremiahMcintosh
      @JeremiahMcintosh  3 роки тому

      That’s weird I’m pretty sure it said in the manual it goes higher than 80 psi and as you seen I aired my son’s bike tire up to 120 psi. I have to check the manual again when I get home I’ll get back to you.
      Update in the manual and on the bottom of the unit itself it states max pressure 150 psi.

    I just received this product and it does not work, meaning it does not inflate my tire. The battery is charge. The digital display changes from 28 psi to 32 psi to 35 psi to 40 psi. I am returning this tomorrow.

    • @JeremiahMcintosh

      You have to push push the power button to turn it on then push the plus or minus button to the pressure you want your tire to air up to then push the power button which turns to compressor on. It will shut off automatically once it reaches the pressure you have set.

    4:15 a *FLOOR PUMP* the kind you stand on - comes with PreasureMeasure thingy...
    it needs like 10 Strokes and its full. And its quiet, and cheaper, and faster. Its the kind of stuff you use for empty tires.
    And it doesn't need 4-6hrs loading. and is better for the environment. I can't see what this thing is for other than for very old/lazy people
