Stubborn, Tuned Out Labrador Puppy Transformed In 3 Weeks

Well Peeps! Miss Ellie is back home with her family with a whole new lease on life and a much more tuned in state of mind!
If you remember, she came to us completely tuned out, wildly distracted by everything, stubborn as an Ox, and willfully defiant to all humans within her reach. Barreling over, jumping, counter surfing, pulling like a freight train or pancaking & refusing to walk at all, Ellie did what Ellie wanted! Add to that, if you weren’t entertaining her desire, she had something to say about it!
Ellie’s owners had used us back in the day for their older dog, and reached out for help with Ellie, before things got really out of hand!
And that we did;)
Once Ellie learned that her unhealthy, self-serving choices no longer served her, all of the impulsive nonsense stopped! Of course there are plenty of other ingredients that truly create the transformation you’ve seen with this sweet soul... and if you’ve been following along with her journey over on IG Stories, I’m sure you’ve picked up some of the juicy pieces!
Ellie and her owners are now equipped with the knowledge needed to provide this kiddo with the structure and routine she requires to be her most stable, relaxed self. Ellie just needed to know that her people CAN control her environment so that she doesn’t feel the burden of doing it herself. And now they are empowered to do it for her!
