Well, they made this card useless for cashback by adding a 1% fee when repaying your loan.
Now, there is no need to pay the repayment fee

yes you can use in the uk. But there is now no cashback and 1% fee everytime you use the card which is pretty bad

You are not making a profit as the asset is not sold, but regulations may vary obviously.
