Each step brings a fresh breeze,
Each step make a flower bloom,
Kiss the Earth with your feet,
Bring the Earth your love and happiness,
The Earth will be safe When we feel safe in ourselves

"Breathing, Dwelling"
Breathing in, I calm my body.
Breathing out, I smile.
Dwelling in the present moment
I know this is a wonderful moment.
