I appreciate the work you guys do with the helicopter. It’s nerve wracking though and when you are on the loud speaker, often we have to go outside to hear what you’re saying. Sometimes you’re looking for a lost elder so we shouldn’t be scared, but other times you’re saying go in your house and lock the doors. It’s counterintuitive if you have to come out of your house to get directions to go into your house. This usually happens at night so it’s even more nerve wracking. I don’t know if it’s possible but it would be great if you could send mass texts to residents rather than just the loud speaker. Thanks.
