@Saidee You were right. Apparently they have been separated for 18 months now, with a very minimal group of people ever knowing about it until the announced it last weekend
I put in that the clip belongs to CTV, because it does, is that not good enough? that is what I have done for all my other videos, and it seems to be okay?
to add to this comment 3 strikes and you're out I have 2 at the moment that both date back to 07 and now I am careful. If you don't have permission for a video like this it will be removed shortly and it will be one strike toward suspension of your account

It's not the David Pelletier that is married to Jamie Sale, it is a different David who happens to have the same last name
