It's a very nice country , Andrew you are very fortunate to be living there, I was in Stockholm late June 2006, there was no-one around , and it was a eerie experience. There were no people around and everywhere was closed!
I forgot to do my homework, in other words it was midsummer, had a blast though , people are helpful, when i got lost , a guy actually walked with me to get the nearest train back to the hotel. Of course their English is better than mine.I had to speak slowly as we Irish tend to speak quick. I hope to back this summer! Love your vids and easy going personality, and your take on sverige! Take care from Nigel

I haven't watched all your videos. So I don't know if you have already mentioned them. But I'd love it if you'd bring up your honest opinion on "spettekaka" and "smörgåstårta" 😅

Thanks for a very good video from Linköping. Have never been there. Nice to see you shooting nice pics from there. Unfortunately the sound was quite poor. Dont't know the technical reason why. Anyhow I think this video was quite nice to watch and looking forward to coming ones furher on. Rgds Robert

Robert Joelsson I watch these videos on my iPhone 8plus and it has very loud speakers so sometimes I don’t notice the sound issues but will work on it for the next one

@@AndrewAustin I have to agree, the sound was too low.

About that boring part, like You say about doing things You like are important and ITA with U! I love painting, reading, scrapping and except being with my family I love laid-back - things looking on tv, Netflix and on UA-cam. But sometimes I’m bored too, then I take our dog for a walk and I can say I almost figure out what I wanna do. So, yes get some hobbies and then You know what to do.

    Nice and cosy video.
Being "a bachelor for the weeked", look up the swedish word "gräsänkling"
( sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gr%C3%A4s%C3%A4nka (sorry all for swedish link (google translate does a hysteriously fun (not good) job at it)).
With swedish beer do try "Carnegie Porter" (both a sane alcohol variant exists (in stores), and a stronger one (at systemet)) - while most today only use it for cooking it actually is a pretty nice porter.

Are you close enough to walk/run at this river/park? I live in a pretty big suburban city and I have to drive to go to a nice park like that, but still not close enough to water, that would be a longer drive.
