    2 cups cooking oil, I used vegetable oil

    Hi, I'm deaf, so, I cannot hear what you say. What I want to know is, after how many minutes, do you throw in your garlic while the peanuts are frying and the total time it takes for the peanuts to completely be fried! Thank you, looks good and I'm hungry😊

    Lagi na akong namimigay ng pritong mani dito sa opisina namin, kala tuloy nila generous ako, ang totoo yong cook ko na ibang lahi, laging sunog ang pinapaprito kong mani😂😂😂😂, mapait pag sunog.

    I add MSG, I just don't go overboard with it. I'm always hesitant when I make this - the garlic aroma travels far beyond my kitchen and into the community mail area.

    Bakit po kaya ma kunat luto ko 2 x n ako Ng luluto. 2kg isang lutuan ko sa malki kawali ung oil nia level nmn po. Ndi po Kya dpt mas matagl Ang cooking time ko Kasi mas madmi sila???.       Masyado marami at baka kulang na sa mantika? Kulang sa luto kung makunat. Pwede mo tikman kung malutong na while cooking. And malalaman mo din kung mas dark na ang kulay ng skin.

    Hello question po, nag try ako magluto ng adobo mani after ko mapanood video mo po, kaso parang ang kunat. Hinugasan ko at pinatuyo ng 3hrs bago lutuin. Paano po gagawin para hindi makunat ang pagluto?

      Hmm baka kulang pa sa luto? Ito kasing binili ko straight from the package ko ginamit. I didn't wash or soak it.

      Great! Yes, it could be the heat. The peanuts burn easily if the heat is too high. Patience is the key :) I am glad it turned well this time.

    Anong klasing langis ang gamit mo - canola oil( Canadian oil low acid ) okaya vegetable oil use for farm machinery. The best oil to use is coconut oil or palm oil.

      Yes, pagkaluto ng garlic, reduce mo lang ang heat to low then lagay mo agad ang mani. Madali kasi masusunog pag malakas ang apoy.

      @arlene oro baka sobrang hina ng apoy mo. Color will change kapag luto na mas dark sya. Kung makunat na makunat hilaw pa perkung medyo makunat at dark na sya, lulutong pa habang pinapalamig mo. May mga tips sa end ng video kung tinapos mo.

    it is just roasted peanuts not adobo... İt has no soy sauce and vinegar ..or even bay leaf and sugar

      That's how it's called could be because it's heavily infused with garlic. You can google "Adobong Mani" to verify that's the name of this deep fried peanuts.
