  • Learn how to cook crispy fried peanuts. A healthy way of serving snacks to young and adults. Fried peanut is one of the many traditional snacks in the Philippines. With lots of garlic on it.
    Fried Peanuts (Adobong Mani)
    Ingredients :
    • 1 kl peanut with or without skin
    • 1 liter of cooking oil
    • 3 tsp of Iodized salt
    • 1 to 2 bulbs of garlic chopped thinly

    Di ko akalain na lulutong dahil sa hindi mo na naunang pina-init 'yung mantika. Nagkaigi naman sa huli, tulad din ng sinabi mo. Manipis nga lang ang ginamit kong kawali kaya masmabilis ang pagkaluto. Ang ginawa ko naman ay, kapag naamoy mo na 'yung amoy ng nilulutong mani, puwede mo nang tanggalin sa apoy -- tamang-tama din na naging golden brown 'yung bawang. Maraming salamat sa bidyo na 'to. 🙌🏽

    Hello again😊 I did not know when to throw in the garlic while the peanuts were frying. How many minutes later, must I add the garlic to the frying peanuts and the total frying time of the peanuts. My first attempt, I was not happy and the garlic was burnt a little bit. Once I know the timings, I will get it perfect. Thank you for all your answer❤

      Around 5 minutes of cooking, throw in the garlic then cook for another 10 to 15 mins. When the garlic is golden brown and almost crisp, stop the cooking and cool it down immediately as shown on the video

    Hi there! Anong gngawa pr mahiwalay yung thin coating ng peanut after frying, pero hnd totally natatanggal kc gusto ko rin kainin yun? Prng gusto ko yung ganun😋 thanks!

      Lalamasin lang ng kamay Sis at madali matatanggal ang balat ng mani, para matantsa mo kung gaano karami lang tatanggalin. puede ka ring bumili ng walang balat ng mani.

    One more question😊can you wash the peanuts with warm water and dry it out, before you fry them! Also, can you fry the garlic separately and add into peanuts later! How can you tell, when peanuts are fried! I cannot hear you, as I'm deaf, that is why, all these questions😊 thank you.

      Yes you can wash them the peanuts if you like and make sure to dry it or it will be difficult to fry, you can separately fry the garlic but make sure to add them to the peanuts before you remove from fire so that the garlic taste will mix with the peanuts. The garlic should turn golden brown

      Yes pero dapat yung oil mo ay yung nabibili sa grocery at hindi sa palengke na repack kasi madaling mangitim yun at masunog.

      @@doncaloyskirevival7758 canola oil mas ok. May lasa ang olive oil and sayang din kasi ang mahal, marami ang kailangan mo dapat lubog sa mantika at di puede sa high heat ang olive oil. Thanks.

    hi sis,tanong ko lang kapag ba kukulo na ang mamtika tuloy2 lang ba high heat? nagtry kc ako magluto mani yung walang balat eh nasunod nasayang lang,,ginawa ko kc ininit muna mantika bago ko nilagay ang mani tapus nasa 15mins. kaso nasunog

      Med heat lang pag kumulo na, pero tuloy lang. Sabay sabay mantika at mani tapos bawang. Hindi ka magpapa init muna ng mantika kasi masunog yan. Pag medyo ok na mani kahit makunat pa, hanguin na. May heat pa yan na continue na magluto sa kanya. Pag luto na bawang luto na rin dapat mani.

      Yes, kasi madami syang oil at mani. Di kaya medium heat, mamantika sya pero dapat halo ng halo para di masunog.

    The problem of cooking your own garlic peanuts is you can't stop eating once you start tasting it.😂

      True, our 1 kl is just for the day. Kanya kanya na silang kuha at dala sa work stations nila. My husband is always asking me to cook this..anyway healthier version than store bought as I can control the salt, the cooking oil that I use and no msg but still so tasty and crispy.

    kumusta kabayan, salamat sa kaalaman kung paano gumawa ng adobong mani , malaking tulong ito sa katulad kong mahilig sa mani, bisitahin mo rin sana ang aking nipa hut, ginagawa pa lang sana magpadala ka ng manggagawa, salamat kabayan.
