J_Z make sure you practice with helmet and shoulder pads. Good to get used to the point of view and arm motion.

This is a great video coach, I'm trying out for QB for my first time and this video really helped. I'm still having trouble being accurate on the run though

thanks for this video being here im a qb in highschool but I'm just starting to play it I played it my freshman year for three games and I stopped they moved me to reciver but I'm going to stay as qb for the next three years I'm a 6'2 1/2 170 pound qb

can anyone help me? I get really bad tennis elbow, and the exact same thing happens when I throw a football. I've never been taught before so I don't know if this is common or if its my technique.
