  • Welcome to my Calisthenics Journey. An 8 year journey which is far from over.
    Just highlighting that I am definitely not the strongest, nor has my transformation been the greatest ever. BUT this is my journey and although I could've definitely done better, I am still proud of how far I have come.
    Alhumdullilah. God Is Great.

    bro thats sick, mind telling me if straight arm skills such as planche, maltese, handstands will be harder if someone has elbow hyperextensions? TIA 👍

    • @Bawbarzz
      @Bawbarzz  Рік тому +1

      Hey brother,
      It would only be harder in an instance where your joints are not prepared properly prior to training those skills.
      For eg. if you do not have strong biceps then the Planche and Maltese is a recipe for disaster for your joints.
      So it is important that you take time to prepare your joints, gain muscle in the relevant areas, and use progressions for the main goals that are not too rough on the joints. Always be patient.
