That's not a spine roll on the X-men 125. It's just a miswrap that happened during manufacture, so you cannot fix that. A slight miswrap like that would only prevent it from getting over 9.8 if that's the only defect. So, there are other issues with it that you aren't seeing. A spine roll occurs when the book is folded--usually while reading. If it had a spine roll, the back cover wouldn't line up with the front cover at the right edge of the front cover.
