Nice to see you have the time and ability to take your folks on trips and spend time with them. Enjoy and treasure each and every day with your parents because as time goes by and you get to be a few years older like I am now you'll look around one day and realize they are now gone! Not a day goes by I don't miss, or think about my folks.

Also, the pews with the little doors designate "family pews". Families paid for the spaces. It was a way to donate to your congregation, show others you have donated, and guarantee your seat.

I love Bluffton! Great places to eat and shop. The historic homes are amazing. My favorite place is the old church built in 1854. If you talk to one of the volunteers there, you will learn some amazing things about its history.
