No matter the topic, I love watching views of the Franklin Mountains.
Huh. I grew up in El Paso and had never heard of that legend. Bizarre.
I grew up there in the 1970's and we went up on the mountain all the time. I didn't know you needed permission?? Is that semi-new? We found some big caverns, but nothing in them. Looking back I'm surprised we never ran into rattle snakes.
I've been all over that mountain and gotta tell you the only treasure o found was an amazing view but that's about it .
Daniel Marin....dont you get paid good at ch. 9 to be able to buy some nice hiking boots to be able to go hiking up there ???
