what i would of loved for taskmaster is a level 3 hyper combo that uses his enemies hyper-combos against them. basically he uses a variation of on of their hyper combos so if taskmaster was fighting ryu he would have a variant of ryu's level 3 where instead of three punches he unleashes a barrage of strikes with a final uppercut using his shield. am i the only one who thinks that would be cool?
it would be cool, but it wouldn't work for some characters. some characters don't have Level 3 hypers, like spiderman and spencer. on top of that, it probably wouldn't work against someone like doom or dormamu since their level 3s are magic/technology based. wouldn't work for everyone, but still a cool idea.

The costume we used was in fact based on Udon Taskmaster because we felt it would capture better on film and would fit our version of Tasky better. The mask was a completely different one than what was used for Ghost Rider, Tasky's being a single piece and Ghost Rider's as multiple pieces connected by fabric. Feel free to look back at the Ghost Rider episode and compare. ;)

Another tip for Newb Taskmasters... After the Sharp Sting, it's better to Tiger-Knee your air Legion Arrow or do it IMMEDIATELY after a Mighty Swing (like Max showed in the video). Most people who wavedash use an arcade stick, so they press two attack buttons followed by pressing down and repeating. You can do the same with a controller, but its bit harder, so you can assign a trigger as two attacks, but generally some people assign L as a trigger for charge characters, or for a quick XF.
i can imagine deadpool doing this family guy joke with modok with it being like "oh my god who would've espected this except everyone who saw it in the preview" with the others question what the heck he's talkin about

The reason we had to downsize his sword was so that he could draw it easily from his back, and so that he could swing it in the confines of Max's house. :P If I could go back, I would change a few things about the costume, but I'm glad that it's mostly well received.
Taskmasters unblockable attack has more properties than you said...1st if they dont block the first hit you can get a full combo in most situations. 2nd the follow up combo on block is not a true string meaning if you do the inputs too slow the hits after the headbut can be blocked. 3rd the last hit is unblockable also
His power is limited to copying physical movements that don't require superhuman enhancement, he can mimic the voice of others with a little work, but he has problems against the more unpredictable opponents / those with an improvised fighting style.
Deadpool is doing it to get back at Max and Dr Doom for what happened during his Assist Me! episode and also for fun, Taskmaster for the money, M.O.D.O.K. probably for them ruining his plans to get Nemesis, Max and Dr Doom (also because Max wasn't killed)

Iron Fist's moves won't be as good in Taskmaster's hands as he doesn't know how to draw on chi in the way that Iron Fist can. Also if a fighting style involves taking the beating, then dishing it out, he won't copy it as he prefers to get out of the way of the beating, if he can.
I love how the ingame teams during the tutorial are Deadpool, MODOK and Taskmaster... versus Doom, Wesker and Strider Hiryu. XD ..TASKMASTER ASSIST ME?!?! OORAH!

He mentions it on Part 2, since Hypers go into a category because Taskmaster has 6 different variations of his Legion of Arrows hyper.
