I really hope Arcane Arcade does another series of this with the resurgence of interest in Fallout from the new TV show. ❤
1:05:44 “I was an adventurer like you ‘till I took a bullet to the knee.”
Put a sign on the door “exploring wasteland do not ring doorbell” 😂
2:25:15 It's funny that joke about the gas price having gone down because I'm pretty sure by the time of the collapse, gas and oil were like $8,000/gallon. So yes, it really did go down if it's *only* $500.
1:16:22 Protectrons have built in Heelies (check the drum wheels where their heel would be) but those were designed for wheeling them around deactivated if they are being tilted back at about a 75 degree angle.
Would be cool if there are some Automatron style bot customization rules in this though…get Cerebella some robobrain treads.
Start 20:37 muted for a little bit, break ends at 2:24:25

You know I just realized Jacob makes verbal pauses like I do when I GM. And he's pleasant to listen to. Maybe I'm just harsh on myself. Thank you Jacob for being human and enjoying what you do! ❤
Ill say it again. More please.
Good ol’ fallout where the biggest threat are the decrepit vehicles
My Fallout rules:
1) Look at the ground, watch for land mines, pressure plates, and tripwires.
2) Avoid the cars that aren’t already burnt out.
3) Watch your throwing arc (made before 4 made that an ability from rank two of explosives perk).
4) Duct tape is worth its weight in gold. (Cigarette cartons/packs as well in New Vegas).
Jacob has learned that if you make fun of your own location names first you can ve disappointed by your players teasing later hahaha
Really excited for them to meet their first Trauma Harness
You could say that will be traumatizing
I like victor, he's a genuine guy
This is fantastic, the technical issues are frustrating but the actual content 10/10.
I thoroughly enjoy this series. Thank you for keeping me awake until 2 in the morning 😊
I was confused in the last episode when you said that Junktown was basically Bakersfield, but now it allllll makes sense.
I like those name tags with pictures. Well done.
No cats were damaged during the filming of this stream
I was trying so hard to get through Tomb of Annihilation but since it has ended already before I could get past the 10th episode I'm now trying to catch up on this and Icewind Dale so I can watch them live xDD
Edit: Okay gotta say, I really like a lot of the features of this system. The action points and the bottle cap for advantage thing are amazing ^^ Also the stamina points are really cool, it makes me wanna play this wihtout knowing anything about Fallout xDD
Mans predicted the future
Lol thought there was going to be a fight about the rads per hour thing. That felt tense.
43:20 when they said drive-through RPG is like DM scale I was thinking what’s DM scale
Dm's guild
I adore this series/stream so much my god
42:03 what a reaction to a missle that almost just hit you xD
the cats scared the crap out of me
1:49:00 sounded like a kid screemed
will these new campaigns find their way onto Spotify and other podcast platforms like the arcane lounge podcast has?
this is cool as hell
Uh where did they get the fallout map?
Does anyone know?
Can we see their character sheets anywhere?
For 50 caps you can get this load
Ah yes, here we are. My favorite show where I still have no fucking idea what's going on.
It feels weird about then talking about my hometown lol
all i can think about when Huck talks is him in brokeback mountain
Does someone know the make and model of that table????
They talked about it in episode 2 part two.
hey does any one have a monster manual type thing for this yet i want to run this system for my players
Ever find one?
@@amadonbeanz9631 no was going to make one but schedule conflict so we couldn't get started
Apparently there is an official one that got released. Jacob talks about it on the first episode I think. They used this system first since it was ready and he had already worked on it. Or something like that.
So I images you could use the official one and just change what you don’t like.
Ooo, cowboy got himself revolvers and a cowboy repeater.
did Vault tech start the great war to sell more vaults???
stonks
vault tec wasn't really a business, it was funded by the government for social experiments primarily.
No they nay have done a bunch of fear mongering about a up coming war but they didn't START the war
Not exactly though there is enough evidence to speculate that they started it, as for why I don’t think that’s known either just speculation
They didn’t start it, but they sure as hell finished it.
What about eyebots like ED-E?
50 caps 1 load
Is it me or is there tension every time Tyler(Paige) starts complaining or talking lol
Is the campaign set before fallout 3?
7 years before it (8 before New Vegas) since they said it was 2270.
@@nvfury13New Vegas is 2281
@@Dreadwing1000 No…no it isn’t.
@@Dreadwing1000 2281 is when it starts. I was off in that it is four years after the events of Fallout 3 instead of one (shouldn’t have used the date in my own FO3 play through, but the starting date when I made the original comment)
@@nvfury13 yeah 21 was a typo meant 2281 but that’s what I was getting @ NV is 4 years after 3 & 11 years after their campaign
39:00 you dont get to make called shots like that. Mf time-travler.
Sell all mines!
Screw Amazon, THIS is the Fallout show 🎲 ☢️
Imagine considering .308 to be a "massive" bullet
Maybe the rifle is special. Like me 😅
50 caps, 1 load

4:36:32 Mac and Sex
This recording is really borked, seemed to start in the middle of the game.
Nevermind, a reload fixed the issue.
Amateurs
What the heck happened to this stream recording?
This protection op yo LOL please nerf no protection ever did that well
But this protectron is blessed by our God and Light the SUN
I hope Tyler isnt this annoying the entire way through the series. I know they're friends but I would definitely struggle to run a game with him in it.
3:18:10
I've been loving this group, but Paige's player is a real nitpicker sometimes.
You can feel him trying to metagame so much.
To be honest though, it does make it feel like an actual session of DnD with real people.
At 3:17 Paige's player Tyler complaining that he doesn't like how the GM is doing rad resistance. Dude, Jacob is the Game Master, whatever he says is how it goes.
They’re also friends and this is a homemade system that is by no means perfect.
He has legitimate reasons to dislike it and DMs are not gods, they’re narrators.
Respectful discussion about changing the rules is fine. Especially when you're using a completely new TTRPG made from scratch, which Jacob has said will go through changes. Yes, Game Masters have the *final* say, but feedback can and should be tolerated.
Tyler uses they/them pronouns btw
@@gamedungeonmastermaster2879slay
...And when Jacob explains the reasoning behind the rules, and expresses that they're staying the way they are, Tyler accepts that and keeps playing.
'The DM has final say over the rules' does not mean that players are never allowed to question or discuss.
