    I'm by no means an expert, but my assumption always was that the thicker and longer your hair is, the less you have to wash it. I have thick curly hair that is maybe shoulder length, and I wash it once a week. You can look at guides in Victorian times where women had insanely long hair where it recommends washing the hair once a month, and I've seen women with very long hair who also wash their hair once a month. A hair care routine should be personalised to you. The idea of washing the hair daily really is a marketing ploy to sell more shampoo.

    You just take vitamins. I found with testing it and measuring, that its best to get multi vitamins. If yo7 get hair and skin vitamins, it cant just be obea that basically only have biotin lol. It needs to have ALL THE VITAMINS listed on there. And then the only vitamin that is not on them is usually fish oil. Buy fish oil to take separately and you have a system that gets you hair to grow 'faster'. In combination i ended up growing my hair an inch in a week. Without the fish oil completing the dietary vitamin circle, my hair grew normal. But it did spike when i added fish oil. And fish oil alone also didnt give an special results. You just need well rounded nutrition

    Agora sobre a inversão, eu não sabia que era cientificamente comprovado que funciona! Vou testar essa semana. Muito obrigada pelas dicas simples e funcionais! Abraços de Brasil 🇧🇷😘

    I don't know if you realise but, you are definitely NOT an example to follow, your hair is thin looks like empty flat NOT healthy at all, I don't know why you are giving advice on that! Seriously you should cut your hair very quickly so you might recuperate a good hair maybe one day .

    By 100% virgin you mean it's never been cut/trimmed your whole life?

    • @ZeldasLongHair
      @ZeldasLongHair  День тому +1

      No, virgin hair means "human hair that is completely unprocessed and has never been chemically treated, meaning it hasn't been dyed, permed, bleached, or otherwise altered in any way, preserving its natural texture and color; essentially, it's hair in its most natural state, like the hair you are born with."
      Cuts and trims do not count against the natural, virgin state of the hair. I'm using the search-and-destroy method of trimming every week.

    • @JohnSmith-zw8vp
      @JohnSmith-zw8vp День тому

      @@ZeldasLongHair How many inches long is your now? Okay I know that's what virgin hair is USUALLY defined as but I'm fascinated by those whose hair has never been cut their whole lives too, like Victoria Watson on that American Idol episode, remember her by any chance? I hope she and her mom still have their amazing hair and I hope yours reaches the floor someday too!

    • @ZeldasLongHair
      @ZeldasLongHair  День тому

      @@JohnSmith-zw8vp Last time I measured it was around 55 inches I believe, although it's been a few months since I last measured! I totally agree, if I have "virgin hair" then people like Victoria Watson are the complete Virgin Mary incarnate!🤣I just do trims to keep away split ends and whatnot, cause I already get enough people roasting my hair in the UA-cam comments as it is lol. Thank you!!!

      @@JohnSmith-zw8vp Omg before I ever grew my hair long, it was MY THING to have crazy long nails when I was in school!!! I keep my nails a normal length now just because my hair already takes so much time, but I do think about growing my nails long again.
