Cabinet expected to discuss warrant of arrest for Putin ahead of BRICS in SA

Cabinet is expected to discuss legal advice compiled by the Department of International Relations and Co-operation on the warrant of arrest for Putin.
Pretoria as the chair of BRICS has invited President Putin to attend the summit in August.
This is not the first time South Africa finds itself in this situation.
