Grym video!
Love this video! My husband and I will be doing this later this year. Thanks so much for the ending where you actually showed your process - I’m a huge planner so seeing the logistics and options is super helpful. Happy Hiking from New York City!
@@horngyangtan993 you would need to do it on skis. It is in a sense easier if you are used to skiing. But you really need to be prepared for bad weather (really cold, snow and windy).
Hi! Glad you liked it! I have always hiked with classic pair of hiking boots from Meindl up until until my latest hike to Kebnekaise when I used Haglöfs L.I.M GTX Low which was a new experience for me. It’s s bit of a high risk high reward with them as they are much more lightweight but at the same time easier to injure yourself (ex. Spraining an ankle)
Thank You! So much specific information about the trail! Loved it. I am thinking about taking this track but I have to wait untill my 2 years old son will become at least 5 years so he can jump the rivers by himself. The only thing that I am afraid are mosquitos as I am extremly sensible to bites.. are they still there at the end of august?
Thank you and glad you found it helpful! Mosquitos can be present during end of August but likely less than june/july! 5 year old sounds easier indeed although I have seen people carry really little ones in special backpacks! Its possible :)
@@JonathanLundmark we are going to live in tent just to get a feel for it. Then if they get missreable the will be able to go inside to dry up and get cozzy :)
Thanks so much for sharing this video - very helpful. Just wondering if you can recommend the website you used for booking your bus/train travel. Thanks
Thanks and glad it’s helping! Train from Stockholm was using www.sj.se to ”Duved” and from there you take connecting bus to Storulvån which is ran by this company: www.wansethbuss.se Good luck!
Mycket mygg i fjällen då tro? 🤔
I stay at home with parients everyday, thank you for sharing the video of trip,it comforts me a lot
Glad you liked it! Hope you get to go hiking and experience it yourself too! ✌️

@@jazzzzzCat Hej!

Thanks a lot for your feedback, happy to hear :) It’s a great Swedish trek that is considered one of the easier and accessible options. Good luck!
Are you able to completer this hike in winter, around Feb to March?
Yes but it there would be snow!

Yep, seems a bit risky though and ”huts” would be closed off
Ridiculously beautiful nature. Absolutely stunning view from the the peak. Should have been a great feeling reaching the top with your brother.
Thanks 🙏 Indeed it was!

Thanks! 🙌
It’s a perfect beginner trek and you don’t need to bring your own tent, hope you manage to pursuade your friends!

Great video. Love that trek ❤️ what will be your next adventure¿
Kungsleden uploading within some month, other than that you tell me! ;)
Very well shot and made! Can this trail be done in mid May??
Thank you! May would be snowy and not something you could do without skis. The houses along the route would not be open.
Dang! Alright thank you!!
Anytime!
What are your thoughts on doing this in October? Nice video..thank you for sharing. 😊
It could be snowy but could just as well be dry but autumny with fiery colors. Pack for cold weather! :)
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
🤘
Hej, när på året gick ni? Tack för en fin video 😊
Hej!

Looks quite busy on the trail? Or am I wrong?
It’s in general a busy trail indeed! A popular family friendly beginners trek.
