Your take is not relevant to the situation they are contracted as a job literally they are expected to work even if it is dance. The issue is a legal one. By law if you are hired here to perform a job you are by law giving the right to be compensated for you time to meet federal standards sorry you don't fully understand but if you have a job you would want to be paid. Fyi women don't dance for free not even in the strip club
Lauren was doing the most she kind of annoyed me being all jittery and couldn’t keep still kept touching her hair. She was acting like she would faint if she didnt get chosen.
I thought she was on meth or something lol. She looked angry, too. I mean, I can understand the frustration considering she's auditioned so many times, but she looked like she was going to straight up have a temper tantrum.
Did you see how many ladies were off on that kick line and that was a game-day kickline, Kelly from DCC would have had a freaking heart attack right there on the field if she would have saw that.

She has high standards, absolutely nothing wrong with that. If someone can't meet those standards, they don't get it in. Its a job, like anything else! You either meet the requirements or you don't. And more often than not, the people that can't meet them are the ones that whine the most and want the standards lowered to their level!
Some time ago, I watched some of the reality series on the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders. And just like any guy, I tuned in to see hot cheerleaders! But I found myself becoming interested in the story line behind it. There is a lot more to it than I had ever thought. It's not just pom-poms !!!
@Dark Demonik they deserve to be paid for the work they put into it. All sports have cheerleaders. There is too much that goes into being a cheerleader.

These girls are serious athletes. You try dancing and high kicks. And they wear short skirts and dresses cause they have to MOVE. You can’t do those moves in loose clothing someone will get hurt

Etc) I mean they get cut If they gain like a tiny bit of weight . It’s BOTH y’all gotta admit . But they train long and hard I would never in a million years say they’re just eye candy
Most NFL cheerleaders are actually dancers. They are entertainers, and most people aren't interested in cheer dance and stunting routines. Cheerleaders who don't have actual dance experience outside of cheer dancing will not have the same talent for dance, just like dancers without cheer experience won't have the same talent for stunts. These teams are called "cheerleaders" because they fulfill most of the requirements of cheerleaders outside of stunting, and "cheerleader" is a more classic, timeless term even though the definition has evolved.
Skills levels aside, you can tell their hair styles are very different from DCC, I see a lot more girls with straight hair that is not super high and teased.
Their hair and makeup looks a lot better imo. Especially since I've scene some girls on the DCC that look better in bolder lips but are still told to wear nude
Ill be real honest, anyone who cares enough to watch football aint watching for cheerleaders, been to several games and dont even notice them unless they have some sort of midfield special event during halftime (and yes I am watching these games from GOOD seats).
So did malena take her spot and then basicall got benched for not being able to rememebr the dances? That sucks to lose ur spot to someone else who ended up not being better than u

These women are setting bad examples of how ur supposed to look there was not one girl in that room that didnt have a flat belly and their hair and makeup done And by the way im not saying its bad to have hair and makeup and have a flat belly what i am saying is they ALL do and u don't have to wear makeup to be "pretty" and seeing these women that young children look up to can make them think they have to have makeup and a flat belly Also you can be fit and strong and beautiful without being a size zero everyone has different body types and we cant all look like that and its great for them they are skinny but not everyone is and that is NOT a bad thing Again all im saying is it would be nice to have some diversity and if looking like that makes them happy its no ones place to judge im just stating my personal opinion of how diversity would be nice
Danielle Stager i completely understand that but on my cheer team there are plenty of girls that are bigger in size and we condition every half hour that passes at practices. Its good for them that there thin but some people who train just as hard as them or even harder aren't and thats ok. I hope you understand what im saying but if you don't oh well.

Not every team is going to be at the same level. They never claimed to be as good as DCC, you're just hating for no reason.
