Karen Read Trial: HIGGINS Attorney Hovers!

Just before the end of trial day 17 on Friday, 5/24, ATF agent Higgins' advocate is required to come in the room so that he can advise Higgins after a voir dire of evidence is presented that did a pretty good job of incriminating himself when the jury came back, or at least the jury must be fully aware of what "the other" investigation is that no one has been allowed to name! At least that it is a federal level investigation!
Higgins' advocate haughtily says he can advise his client in "10 seconds" then actually takes 2-seconds to say, "5th if you feel the need." WTF? Then Judge Bev sends them out of the room anyway. Quite likely, in part, so the jury doesn't catch wind that the attorney was in there.
Judge Bev does a good job of preventing Higgins from having to take the 5th a time or two, but there may be logical reasons why. Enough was let in to create reasonable doubt, and Monday may be an even bigger bombshell! Follow me on Social:
