I will show you how to verify Domain Ownership via DNS record so that you can access Google Search Console. and it doesn’t matter if you use GoDaddy, WordPress, Namecheap, Shopify, or any other domain registrar or web hosting provider. This will work on all of them.

Question. Why are we forced to rent Domains when we actually make up our individual domain names? Our ideas, our property. Laws need to protect small businesses and protect their brand. I hope Domain ownership will be available with no catch and no expense. I hate renting!

If I add the TXT record to my domain registrar, why do I have to also add the TXT record at the Cpanel? What is the function of the Cpanel with regard to the site verification?

Do you have a video for URL prefix? What's the difference with Domain?

The difference is how you verify it. Also Domain will verify your whole domain including subdomains such as yourdomain.com, courses.yourdomain.com, blog.yourdomain.com
So for most people the Domain is better because you don't have subdomains... and even if you have them you can see all traffic in one search console.
You mentioned something about if for example you're using namecheap and the domain is pointing to siteground hosting provider, we need to go siteground and change the DNS settings. My question is that what exactly are we going to be changing in the DNS settings

you probably just need to update some domain DNS settings in Bluehost>
This is because your Godaddy domain name, is pointing to Bluehost. So now Blue host is "in control" of your domain DNS. You can still have your email on Godaddy, no problem.
What if I didn't verify it,
It's not end of the world, but it will take Google longer to index your site and new pages. Plus you miss out on the useful data it provides
