I know others have said it, but it's so hard to watch these runs when there's no commentary from Frost
Ye, I hate it too, especially since I have really poor peripheral vision and he points to stuff with his mouse instead of talking, but I don't see it 90% of the time...
Idk, I love it when chat uses his inability to talk for comedic purposes

I kind of love it. He uses his mouse pointer to indicate why he's not playing certain cards that coincide with certain relics, while when he's talking he doesn't always do that.
Agree so much, I only have them in the background and the no-commentary kills me, still left it on for the algorithm for Andrew. 🙏
While I appreciate the expresiveness that is usually taken as a way to compensate for the silence, gotta admit it aint as enjoyable man

Just seconding it, because liking it and commenting under it isn't enough for how great of an idea it is.
Costs some more effort, but could result into amazing content.
I see a few people saying they don't like the silent runs because they really like hearing Frost, but I would like to say that it's really fun to see how he overcomes the obstacle of not being able to talk, but still finds a way to communicate what he's thinking. It's really fun and I laughed a few times seeing the exaggerated facial expressions and hearing/imagining his voice and what he was trying to say in the moment because he does so well with it. Great job!
I see what you are saying but at the same time I tent to clean and do other things wile watching. I don't always have the time every day to sit there for an hour and do nothing but watch the video. but I do agree he did what he could with what he had and made a great video. Just wanted to put another prospective there.
@@BordumINC that makes sense, and I use it for background noise as well a lot of the time, but then it's not like there isn't any sound. There's still conversations going on and chat messing with him. All you have to do is hear the TTS and know how he'd respond. It's a more "theatre of the mind" type of video that can be fun on occasion

It feels like there’s that one card from each character that just cracks open a bunch of synergy and all for one seems to be the defects, so many fun combos with it
Loved the content , i get some people struggle with these runs but its great to see how much chat is able to interact and have fun. Shows how much they love being dumb dumbs with Mr Streamer. The grandmother bit in particular tickled me
only reason he does it is to incentivize tts donations. I get it's his job but this feels dishonest.

This was a great video to watch, the run was POG, mr. Frost Prime looked gorgeous as ever, and those Ink Bottle plays were top-tier!
silence is funny if you're watching the stream actively, but a lot of us youtube plebs have the video on another tab while doing whatever. It's a nice bit for the stream, though

the only reason twitch likes silent runs is they can do their tts inside jokes with no rebuttal. it's funny for them but boring for us cause we're specifically here to watch the game play with commentary. otherwise we'd just go watch another channel. I personally like hearing why he chooses the cards he chooses because it makes me a better player by seeing how he plays and adapting it to my strategy. with no commentary I just feel like I'm watching a boring let's play.

Yeah gonna agree with what seems to be the majority of the comments. The lack of talking from Frost makes these videos not fun to watch at all. I'm here to watch a god gamer do his job, and his wingman (chat) make a few goofs and gaffs along the way. I'm also not the biggest fan of the TTS voices in general but they're at least easy to look past for the sake of the core content.

A lot of people don’t like the silence and I kind of agree. It needs to be done sparingly, it gets old quickly. And I think doing it multiple acts straight is too long for a UA-cam video. I do love the tts spam and the fact that frost can’t respond has some good goofs, but I think it’s more than enough for a single act of the run. Though I still love this channel’s content, and frost is great, road to 1 morbillion subs, frost can do it if anyone can
It’s weird but I actually really enjoyed the silence bit, gameplay was solid and you having to mime to communicate made for an interesting/interactive experience

I hate pressing like on this video, I still wanna support andrew even though the silent commentary is just cutting out a fundamental part of the content. we come here mainly for the personality, so if frost is just quiet there's no reason why I would't watch someone else. this video is just the same as a random sts video with no views by a no name youtuber
